COMMON QUESTIONS

A few answers
to keep you moving.

Which formats can I use?

The app imports videos from Photos, Files, and folders, and exports H.265 (HEVC) in MP4 or MOV. Whether an input file can be converted depends on its video and audio codecs, your device, and the app version. A file extension alone does not guarantee support. If a file will not open, send us its format and the error message.

Why is the result different from my target size?

Target size is an estimate, rather than an exact file-size guarantee. Video duration, motion, detail, audio, container overhead, and the selected resolution affect the result. Try a lower resolution or a different target size, then compare the output quality.

How do I get Stars?

Use Find Ad to request a rewarded ad when one is available. Finish the ad and return to the app to check your Star balance. Follow the reward amount and conversion cost shown in your installed version.

What if no ad appears or I do not receive a reward?

Check your internet connection. Rewarded ads may be unavailable depending on ad inventory or network conditions. If you completed an ad but your balance did not update, send support the app version, device, approximate time, and any visible message.

Why can’t I save my converted video?

Check free storage, Photos permissions in Settings, and access to the selected destination folder. If the app offers a pending save or recovery prompt after an interruption, follow that prompt. Avoid deleting the app while an unsaved output or local data is still needed.

Are my videos uploaded for conversion?

Source videos and converted videos are processed locally on your iPhone or iPad. The app may use third-party services for advertising, consent, or Apple platform services. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
