Effective date: October 8, 2026
This policy explains how Bokkiyaw handles website requests and communications sent to our contact addresses.
Website Requests
This website provides company and product information, support links, and app policies. It does not include a Bokkiyaw account, newsletter signup, contact form, or an analytics script added by Bokkiyaw.
When you visit, website hosting and delivery services necessarily receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, the URL requested, and request time to deliver pages, operate their infrastructure, and maintain security. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Domain and email routing services use Cloudflare.
The app policies describe app-specific processing, including advertising in Bokki Encoder and map services in Bokki Cam. These are separate from the website.
Email Contact
Our contact buttons open your email application. We receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to questions, handle support, discuss collaboration, and understand reported issues.
Email sent to our bokkiyaw.com addresses is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox. Cloudflare and Google process email or technical service information in providing those services. Their privacy information is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Do not send private media, precise location records, passwords, or other sensitive information unless necessary for your request and an appropriate transfer method has been discussed.
Retention and Sharing
Contact and support messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve issues, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is used for the contact and support purposes described here.
Providers may process information where they operate, including countries outside your own. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect users and service security.
External Links
Links to the App Store, Pexels, Google, OpenFreeMap, and other external resources take you to services with their own privacy practices. Merely following a link does not grant Bokkiyaw access to your account on that service.
App screenshots and icons used here are local site assets. Demo footage in the Studio screenshot is credited to its public source.
Your Choices and Contact
You choose whether to contact us and what to include. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, contact hello@bokkiyaw.com. Requests will be considered under applicable requirements; we cannot retrieve or remove app media that stays on your device.
For app support, email support@bokkiyaw.com. For privacy or general questions, email hello@bokkiyaw.com. We will update this policy and its effective date when material website or contact practices change.
